CANCELLATION POLICY

Houston Fan Rentals, LLC

We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and changes are handled for equipment rentals from Houston Fan Rentals, LLC.

1. How to Cancel or Request a Change All cancellation or change requests must be submitted in writing through our contact page or by email. Please include your order number and the details of your request.

2. Cancellation Timeframes & Refunds

Full refund of rental fees, delivery fees, and Accidental Damage Protection

50% refund of rental fees. Full refund of delivery fees and Accidental Damage Protection

3. Failed Delivery or No-Show If we arrive for delivery and are unable to complete it due to:

  • No one present (age 18+) to accept the equipment
  • Incorrect or inaccessible address
  • Unsafe or blocked delivery location

…the rental will be treated as a same-day cancellation and no refund will be issued.

4. Changes to Dates or Location

  • Changes are subject to equipment availability.
  • Requests made more than 24 hours before the original delivery date are usually accommodated at no extra charge (with exception to delivery zone changes).
  • Changes requested within 24 hours may incur additional fees or be treated as a cancellation of the original booking.

5. Weather & Force Majeure Houston Fan Rentals, LLC is not responsible for cancellations due to weather or other events outside our control. In such cases, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule when possible. Refunds are not guaranteed for customer-initiated weather-related cancellations.

6. Early Returns Returning equipment early does not entitle you to a partial refund for unused rental days.

7. Contact Us To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact page on our website. Include your full name, order number, and details of the request.

By placing a rental order with Houston Fan Rentals, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
